# Como faço para acessar o produto? 

O acesso ao seu produto é concedido por nosso parceiro após a compensação bancária do boleto de entrada. Normalmente, essa compensação ocorre em até 2 dias úteis após o pagamento, podendo variar de acordo com a forma de pagamento escolhida pelo aluno (Pix, boleto ou cartão de crédito/débito). 

Se esse prazo já tiver passado e você ainda não tiver recebido as informações de acesso, sugerimos que entre em contato diretamente com a equipe de suporte da instituição de treinamento na qual adquiriu o curso. Os dados de contato do suporte estão disponíveis no item 4.12 do seu contrato de financiamento, disponível no Portal do aluno.
