# Não recebi o código de verificação no WhatsApp, o que fazer?

Se você não recebeu o código de verificação no seu WhatsApp, siga estes passos: 

**1. Confirme o número de telefone:** \
Verifique se o número informado no cadastro está correto. \
Se estiver incorreto, clique em "Voltar" e faça a alteração. 

**2. Reenvie o código de verificação:** \
Se o número estiver correto, clique em "Enviar novamente" para receber um novo código no WhatsApp. 

**3. Receba via SMS:** \
Caso prefira, selecione "Enviar novamente por SMS" para receber o código por mensagem de texto.
