# Como acessar o Portal da renegociação?

Primeiro, acesse aqui: <https://renegocia.tmb.com.br/>.\
Ao acessar o Portal da renegociação, será necessário preencher o CPF cadastrado na compra. Será direcionado para outra tela, onde você irá escolher por onde quer receber o token de validação, por email ou telefone, basta selecionar e seguir.

O token será enviado para os dados que estão em nosso sistema, então em caso de não reconhecimento ou necessidade de atualização cadastral, será necessário entrar em contato com o nosso time através do suporte.\
